1. Order Processing
تجهيز الطلب
All orders are processed within 24 hours during business days (Saturday–Thursday). Orders placed on Friday or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
يتم تجهيز جميع الطلبات خلال 24 ساعة في أيام العمل (السبت–الخميس). الطلبات المقدمة يوم الجمعة أو العطلات الرسمية سيتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.
2. Delivery Time & Coverage
مواعيد ومناطق التوصيل
Delivery takes 2–5 business days within Egypt. We currently ship to all governorates. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
التوصيل يستغرق من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل داخل مصر. نقوم حاليًا بالشحن إلى جميع المحافظات. قد تختلف أوقات التسليم بناءً على موقعك.
Note: We do not ship outside Egypt at this time. International shipping will be available soon.
ملاحظة: لا نقوم بالشحن خارج مصر في الوقت الحالي. سيتوفر الشحن الدولي قريبًا.
3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
يتم احتساب رسوم الشحن عند الدفع بناءً على عنوان التسليم ووزن الطلب.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
الطلبات التالفة أو غير الصحيحة
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.
إذا تلقيت منتجًا تالفًا أو غير صحيح، يرجى الاتصال بنا في غضون 48 ساعة من التسليم مع صور للمنتج والتغليف. سنقوم بترتيب استبدال أو استرداد كامل دون أي تكلفة إضافية. لا تتخلص من التغليف حتى يتم حل المشكلة.
5. Returns & Refunds
الإرجاع والاسترداد
You may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all seals intact. Opened supplements cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
يمكنك إرجاع المنتجات غير المفتوحة في غضون 14 يوم من التسليم لاسترداد كامل المبلغ. يجب أن تكون العناصر في حالتها الأصلية مع جميع الأختام سليمة. لا يمكن إرجاع المكملات المفتوحة بسبب لوائح الصحة والسلامة. تكاليف شحن الإرجاع هي مسؤولية العميل ما لم يكن المنتج معيبًا او غير صحيح.
