How can I return or exchange the product?
Step 1: Contact Us

Step 2: Submit Information
Include:
- Order Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product and packaging (showing the issue)
Step 3: Wait for Approval
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide:
- Approval or denial decision
- Return instructions (if approved)
- Return authorization number
Step 4: Ship the Product (if approved)
Follow our return instructions carefully and ship only after receiving approval.
Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange ONLY in the following situations:
- The product arrived damaged or broken
- You received the wrong product
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- Missing items from your order
- The product was expired upon delivery
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Non-Eligible Cases
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used products
- Broken safety seal or opened packaging
- Damage caused by misuse or improper storage
- Purchases made by individuals under 18 years of age
- Requests submitted after 14 days of delivery
- Discounted, clearance, or final sale items
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Products without original packaging
- Products showing signs of tampering
- Products that expired after delivery
How to Request a Return or Exchange

- Order Number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Step 3: Wait for approval
Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.
If approved, you will receive return instructions.
Step 4: Ship the product
Send the product only after receiving approval and instructions.
I returned my order. When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: up to 7 days after receiving the returned product
- Bank processing may take up to 5 working days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Mandatory Conditions for Approval
For a return or exchange to be approved, ALL of the following must apply:
- Safety seal must NOT be broken
- Packaging must NOT be opened
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase (Order Number or Invoice) is required
- Clear photos must be provided
- Written approval must be received before sending any product
Unauthorized returns will be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet these conditions.
Returned Products Inspection & Safety Testing
All returned products are subject to mandatory inspection, quality verification, and safety testing upon receipt.
If a returned product fails any inspection due to:
- Packaging or seal compromise
- Signs of contamination or tampering
- Improper storage or handling
- Failure to meet quality, safety, or effectiveness standards
Nutribites Technology reserves the right to reject the return and deny any refund or exchange.
All inspection decisions are final.

We cover all shipping costs. - For all other approved cases:
Customer covers return and replacement shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
